Graham's 5th Month

Five Months

Weight: 17 Pounds
Height: 26.5 inches
Clothing Size: 3-6 Months
Milestones Reached: He is rolling over now very well from back to front.
Teeth: Zero Teeth but he is drooling a lot and chewing on everything. I don't think it will be long.
Special Outings: Graham was sick almost the entire month so we didn't do a lot. He got to go the doctor several times. Haha
We went to meet the Duggars this month! It was so exciting for me and Graham was a great sport and did so well while we waited to meet them! Of course, Michelle was all about meeting Graham. She loves little babies. Everyone knows I love the Duggars so this was definitley on my bucket list! :)
Graham also got to take his first ride on the carousel for the first time at the mall! It's free for children under one and parents. Once he turns 1 it is $2 for a 30 second ride...I shouldn't get him to used to it. haha
I did start a play group with some other moms from church so at the end of the month we got together several times. We went walking at different parks. :) Graham loves his little buddies. :)
Routine: Graham's routine was thrown for a loop this month since he is RSV the entire month. His constant coughing made him throw up lots of his food and made it hard for him to sleep. He was sleeping through the night until the coughing started, then he would wake himself up from it. He also didn't have an appetite so I would have to feed him little bits around the clock. So usually one feeding in the middle of the night while he was sick.
Favorites: Although he was sick he still loved singing, jumping, and walking in his walker. He loves reading books and is getting better at car rides!
Highlights: Highlight was when Graham stopped coughing and got better! It was a scary month since he was so sick. Just glad we didn't have a hospital visit.
Big Changes: Even though Graham was so sick he still managed to gain weight and grow a ton! by the end of the month he was wearing 6-9 month clothes!
Thoughts: So thankful for the Lords provisions for Graham. I was so scared for a couple days when he was so sick but God was so faithful. RSV, an other virus, ear infection,...some breathing treatments, antibiotics, and one month of rest. Little Grahammy is back to normal and healthy!
