Graham's 6th Month

6 Months Old 

Weight: This month Graham has gained 2 pounds! On his 6th month birthday he weighed 19 pounds! What a big boy!
Height: He also grew a whole inch! He is 27.5 inches long! (as long as  9 month old!)
Clothing Size: He wears 6-9 month clothes and 6-12 month Baby Gap clothes! My baby is not so little any more.
Milestones Reached: He rolls over so well now! He is trying to sit up on his own but falls over after a couple seconds. He is eating solid foods now! He has tried sweet potatoes, butternut squash, peas, bananas, and apples. He loves them all except the apples. He has not been up in the middle of the night this whole month!
Teeth: Zero Teeth so far.
Special Outings: Graham and I flew to Florida this month! We spent a week with my family and he was the ring bearer in Christie's wedding. He also got to take his baby walker to the tennis courts and run around like the crazy little man he is. :)
Routine: Graham is taking 5 bottles a day now! He usually takes a bottle when he gets up between 8:00-9:00. Then at 12:00, 3:15, 6:30, and 9:30. He goes to bed after his last bottle and sleeps 10-11 hours! He also takes 2 naps a day and usually a third short nap.
Favorites: He loves his walker, jumper, and book! We just went and got a new library card so we can get more books each week. He loves the songs Jesus Loves me, Shout Hosanna, and Sunday School Sing-a-long. He loves to be tossed around by his daddy. He doesn't really have a favorite toy...but his favorites are probably the ones that hang on his car seat.
Highlights: Going to Florida and being a ring bearer, and celebrating his first Easter! We also celebrated Graham's Halfy Birthday! Because...seriously, we need to celebrate the accomplishment of keeping this child alive for 6 months! Go us!!!!
Big Changes: Graham recognizes his family for sure! He loves pretty much everybody, but sometime he only wants Mommy and Daddy.
Thoughts: Landon and I both agree that life with Graham just keeps getting more fun! He is such a fun and playful little guy! He loves his mommy and daddy and he loves to explore! It is so cute to watch him learn new things. We continue to pray that the Lord will draw him to Himself at and early age and he will not remember a day when he doesn't know Jesus. We love our little Graham. :)
