House Hunters

Well, I was looking at houses online and found the perfect house! It was a foreclosure which made this house affordable to us. As soon as I found the house we went and saw the it in person...I fell in love. Last night I couldn't sleep because I was so excited. We called the realtor the next day and found out we were one day too late. Apparently someone else felt the same way about my that house.

(bye bye First Dream Home)

Can I tell you that I was so excited that I already started looking for furniture and looking up what kind of fruit trees grow well in Alabama. Excited much? Definitely!

Well, God. I guess you have something better planned for us. Something bigger maybe? Or maybe closer to work? How about a cheaper price for more house? Or maybe a lesson in patience and faith?

If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! -Matthew 7:11

  1. Easy Mac, that house probably had rat poop under the carpet or termites in the walls. Lol. J/k. I love how you applied that verse -- SO TRUE. We are in the throes of trying to sell/rent our house and it's agonizing. Can't wait to see the good things God has in store for you guys.

  2. Keep watching...it could fall out of escrow! Foreclosures can take time to sell...
